Elements focuses on reconnecting with the body through yoga and somatics. Our classes and sessions share knowledge about anatomy and body functions to help release tension, reduce stress, and bring comfort under the skin.
Our bodies already know how to heal, rest, and move for health. Our role is to come together to remember and relearn what our bodies naturally know.
