Dr Lucy Tyler
ELEMENTS Founder | Artist | Yoga Guide | Somatic Movement Educator
‘This they consider to be Yoga: the steady holding (dharana) of the senses’. (Katha Upanishad 2.3.11, translation Georg Feuerstein).
Hi I’m Lucy. ELEMENTS MOVEMENT LAB is my dream: to hold sacred space for you to reconnect, restore, and move to heal. I create yoga and somatic experiences that enable you to tune into the innate wisdom of your body, sooth your mind, and connect to pure consciousness.
For the last 20 years, I have accepted a spiritual practice of yoga into my life as a commitment to my own inner peace, as necessary to my health, vitality, and a way to heal and purify my body. Yoga is a philosophy and practice in which the impossible becomes possible, where past experiences (samskaras) can be burned away, or resolved, through postures, breath and meditation. I want you to experience yoga as a technology of personal healing and creative expression, with limitless potential for planetary good.
